$1,800/wk
50% rental deposit is required to hold the reservation. Final payment is due 60 days from the time of rental. Refundable security deposit is $250/week.

   
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
  
There are no refunds for unused services or rental time. A refund is only available if a reservation for the exact period of the rental is found. Renters and guests agree to hold the property owners, agents, management, and staff free and harmless of any and all liability for injury, illness or death of any person, or for damage to the property arising from the use or occupancy of any renter or guest in or about the rental premises.
We recommend that our clients review their baggage loss, medical, personal theft, trip cancellation and accident insurance when reservations are confirmed.
